An unforgettable stay in the heart of Paris My stay at the Hotel Élysée Regencia in Paris was absolutely remarkable. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I felt completely welcome and comfortable. Here are some highlights that made my stay special: 1. **Location:** The hotel is in an unbeatable location, just steps from some of Paris' most famous attractions, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The proximity to the metro station made it easy for me to explore the city. 2. **Room:** My room was a true refuge of peace and relaxation. It was stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The views of the city were breathtaking, especially in the evenings. 3. **Service:** The customer service at Hotel Élysée Regencia was outstanding. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and responsive to all of my needs. Her recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area were impeccable. 4. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The room and common areas were cleaned and disinfected daily, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. 5. **Atmosphere:** The hotel exudes an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that fits perfectly with its Parisian setting. The hotel is situated right at the centre of the town. L’Arc de Triomphe is a mere 5 min walk and the river and Eiffel Tower are also within walking distance. Also 5 minutes from Avenue Champs Elysees. Many lovely restaurants around. Bus and metro stations. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is really friendly. We loved rhe breakfast. Even though Paris buildings are old, the rooms and bathrooms looked renovated and the air was fresh! We loved everything about our stay there!

Staying at Hotel Elysees Regencia was a wonderful beginning to our trip to France. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, bright and quiet. We loved having a fridge in the room to keep our wine, charcuterie, cheese, snacks, etc. The hotel is a short distance to Champs Elysees, great bakeries, markets, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having a coffee or drink in their cozy lounge. It was also great to have an option of sitting areas on the main floor. The staff were incredible. They were personable and extremely helpful, especially Alexandra. She was absolutely amazing. She set a very high bar for customer service. Alexandra made sure that we had the best experience possible. She asked us what we were interested in doing and her research was extensive. She called colleagues and restaurants to give us great quality options. In addition, she gave us her mobile phone number in case we needed help or had questions. Even on her day off!!! She checked in with us to make sure we were happy, safe and having a good time. She went over and above her call of duty. She was absolutely exceptional. It blew us away! Merci for everything!! We will definitely stay at Hotel Elysees Regencia next time we visit Paris!!

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed at a deluxe room and it was spacious, beautiful and clean. We were happy with what the room offered, including the toiletries and coffee. The bed was large and very comfortable. Location is the prime, close to main attractions and shopping. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.
